I think the show was built around the Xmen movie hype, cause correct me if I'm wrong, but it came out around the time when the movie came out. When people lost interest in the movie, thet kind of lost interest in the show, so they had to wrap it up and give it an ending. I think they might make a new series where they're actually older, when X3 is out. But I think the older xmen show was much better than this one. Atleast in the old one, there was more action and less drama, unlike this one that's more like a WB drama show >_>

Have you seen the part where they meet the kid who can absorb all powers and render every mutant powerless, just by being there?

Ugh! Now the producers are saying it's a combination of both Robins. And yes, in the comic Dick Grayson (robin I) is the leader of the TT. He later becomes Nightwing and goes on his own. Megas is great cause it has a lot of the anime aspects, but still continues to be non-serious about the matter. I mean, you've got a guy who's changed a megas into a video game system, basically, and the only reason the guy fights is cause he's hungry. XD! Ah yes, I remember that episode. What happened was that he can sent to a intergalactic battle stadium, because some alien guy wanted to see who the strongest being/robot is. In the end, Megas beats defeats all the robots and the announcer gets angry, so he sends all of the robots on him again, but this time all at once. So he defeats them again, and the announcer is super angry, so he fights megas himself. He dons a suit of his own and fights megas with sound waves he emitts from his suit. Megas counter attacks with his own speaker system and bad music. Such a good episode
